Dale joined KDA in a new role as Administrative Manager | Controller in April 2021. Dale received her Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Western Governors University. Most of her accounting career has been as an independent entrepreneur helping small businesses achieve their financial goals. She is a servant leader with a passion for solving problems and with her experience in day-to-day financial operations and improving internal controls is a gained asset to the KDA team.

Dale was raised in the Northwest and loves exploring the outdoors especially if that involves being with family and friends.
