Rafael Ceja
Intern Architect
Rafael’s interest in architecture started at a very young age working construction with his father throughout the Yakima Valley, followed by a Civil Engineering and Architecture course in high school. After attending Washington State University, he graduated in 2020 earning his Bachelor of Science in Architectural Studies, joining the KDA team soon after graduation in 2020.
The years of experience being exposed to the construction field at a young age helped him build a strong work ethic and become very detail oriented. He can see the big picture concept in every design, striving to find creative solutions to make projects come together and provide clients a unique experience through a successful design. His technical understanding helps him focus on learning and applying the constantly changing technology into architecture.
In his personal time, Rafael enjoys spending time with his family, working on cars, playing soccer, and continuing to tackle physical construction projects with his father.
