To improve how people live, work, and heal
KDA's Purpose
Children’s Village – Medical Services
The concept for this project centered on creating a welcoming “village” that brings together a variety of medical services in one cohesive environment. The interior design evokes the charm of a small town, featuring wood siding, residential-inspired details, and warm architectural elements. By prioritizing an interactive, colorful, and engaging aesthetic, the space was thoughtfully crafted to make children feel comfortable, encouraged, and genuinely excited to visit.

Eisenhower High School
Inspired by the rugged beauty of the Yakima Valley, Eisenhower High School stands as a strong and memorable symbol of the community. Each area was carefully planned to provide the space and functionality required by the current curriculum and allow shifts in educational delivery. The new Eisenhower High School not only supports the educational needs of the students, it captures the vision of the community and expresses the character of the region.

Kittitas Valley Healthcare Hospital Addition
The KVH Hospital Addition was guided by a vision to create more than just a functional healthcare space—it was an opportunity to elevate the entire patient experience. Rooted in three key design principles—deep connection to the surrounding community, abundant natural light, and a sense of lasting timelessness—the project brings a refreshing new energy to the hospital environment.
Every detail of the interior was thoughtfully shaped to foster comfort and calm. Soft, nurturing materials and a warm, tranquil palette work together to transform a typically demanding clinical setting into a restorative, healing sanctuary. The result is a space that not only supports exceptional care, but also brings peace, reassurance, and dignity to every person who walks through its doors.
